The Hill in Saint Louis is historical, famous and full of traditionally great places and food and Gioia’s Deli is no exception. This Stl Deli has been serving up its famous homemade Hot Salami since 1918 and our city cannot get enough of it. Stl Foodies got the opportunity to meet with one of the owners, Alex and take a look at how the love of food and stl is made right into those delicious sandwiches.
